CINNAMINSON — Jewelry and other small items were reported stolen Friday from a house on the 600 block Overlook Street, but some expensive electronics were left untouched, police said Saturday.

When Amber Lafountain posted photos of her new engagement ring on Facebook, she unwittingly implicated her fiance in the theft of that ring from a Burlington jewelry store, according to court papers.

Several expensive jewelry items, a camcorder, digital camera and credit cards were taken from a Des Moines home Thursday.
